The Mo-Ped

When I was leaving the HardRock yesterday I noticed that in the parking garage there were a lot of really nice Harley's and even some cool street bikes. Then I noticed one lone mo-ped nestled between these hot rods and the best part was that it had this huge chain and lock securing it to a poll. None of the other bikes... the nice custom, expensive Harley's... had a chain or lock. BUT this mo-ped was highly protected. I thought it was hilarious.
